1. Printed magazines
Printed magazines are made-to-order. We do not offer refunds for buyer's remorse, but we will replace any order that arrives damaged or with a printing defect at no cost.
3. Damaged or defective orders
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will reprint and reship the order at no additional charge.
4. Cancellations
Print orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase, before they enter production. After production starts, orders cannot be cancelled.
