Our Story provides tools that allow users to create personalized digital and printed magazines using uploaded photos, text, and custom content.

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Users retain ownership of the photos, text, and other content they upload.

By uploading content, you grant Our Story a limited license to store, process, render, print, and display the content solely for the purpose of providing the requested services.

Users are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use all uploaded content.

Users may not upload, create, or distribute content that:

• Violates copyright or intellectual property laws
• Contains illegal material
• Promotes violence or exploitation
• Contains unlawful explicit material
• Harasses, threatens, or abuses others
• Violates applicable laws or regulations

Our Story reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Digital magazine downloads are generally non-refundable once delivered or downloaded.

Customers are responsible for reviewing previews before purchase.

Printed personalized magazines are custom-made products.

Because products are personalized, refunds or replacements are generally only offered for:

• Printing defects
• Shipping damage
• Incorrect items caused by Our Story

Minor color variation between screens and printed products may occur.

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Our Story is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or events outside our control.

Payments are securely processed through Stripe.

Our Story does not store full payment card information.

The Our Story platform, editor systems, branding, templates, software, and website content are owned by Our Story and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or reproduce the platform or templates without permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Our Story shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Use of the platform
• Loss of uploaded content
• Printing issues
• Delivery delays
• Service interruptions

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Our Story reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Our Story may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
